Puff pastry and angel hair
How to make rolls of puff pastry and angel hair. Some very simple and delicious homemade cupcakes, for which you will need only the two ingredients mentioned in the title of the recipe. Ingredients for 6 people
1 – Spread the puff pastry and put the angel hair
We will start by rolling out a sheet of puff pastry and stretching it well. Then we will put a thin layer of angel hair, leaving fringes at one end of about 5-7 cm. That way, when you curl the leaves, the angel’s hair won’t go anywhere.
2 – Roll out the puff pastry
Then we will roll the sheet on the opposite side of the tape. When we get to it, we will draw the puff pastry with water to seal with the roll.
3 – Roll up the roll and take it to the freezer
Then we will wrap the roll with the paper that comes with the puff pastry sheets and put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes to harden.
4 – Cut and place on a baking sheet
After this time we will take the roll out of the freezer, take out the paper and cut it into approximately 1.5 cm slices. Then we will place the slices on a metal tray with greaseproof paper so that they do not stick to the bottom.
5 – Bake cakes
Turn on the oven at 180ºC with heating up and down WITHOUT a fan and when it is hot we will put the pan and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes.
6 – Let the cakes rest
When the rolls are ready, we will take them out of the oven and wait for them to cool down to eat them.
7 – We serve and enjoy
