Any time I’m in the mood to give oven-roasted asparagus a very little pizzazz – for Easter brunch or Mother’s Day, for occasion — I wrap slender slices of prosciutto all around the asparagus spears. This is such an uncomplicated way to make the roasted asparagus glimpse extravagant!
I also enjoy how the salty flavors of the prosciutto enhance the subtly sweet flavor of roasted asparagus.
