Potatoes stuffed with salad, a quick and easy recipe
Today in Family Kitchen with Javier Romero I present you a most curious salad. Like recipes, when they learn, you say, “what a stupid recipe, but how beautiful.” It is not easy for you to come up with this type of ideas while you are at home and stop at the conventional, but you see that preparing a dish with aesthetics, which is very good in the eyes and very tasty, costs very little. You can put it on a normal day when your children eat some vegetables and greens, or on a large table for celebrations, because you will be luxurious and the filling can be whatever you want. You can put a shrimp cocktail in the potatoes and put the fabric on the table for Christmas Eve. Everyone will like it and the potatoes are very full, so it will prevent them from eating a very second dish, which is always more expensive.

Ingredients for 4 people
We will start by cooking the potatoes in a saucepan with water and a handful of salt. Once they are cooked, we will wait for them to cool and then we will peel them and make a hole big enough to serve as a container, but not break anywhere.
Then we will cut the tomatoes and the boiled egg into cubes and put them in a bowl.
To this bowl we will add the minced pickles and tuna in oil. Then we will add a little vinegar and a little tuna oil and stir.
Now it’s time to dress the lettuce (pre-cleaned and drained) with salt, vinegar and olive oil.
To assemble the salad, we will put lettuce on the bottom of a plate, and in the center we will put a potato, which we will fill with a mixture of tomatoes, tuna and eggs.
