Karlos Arguiñano prepares an exquisite recipe for potato cream with broccoli: a very healthy dish with lots of nutrients and easy to prepare, you will love it!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 3 potatoes
- 1 through
- 1 carrot
- 1 little broccoli
- 200 ml of milk
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Potato cream with broccoli by Carlos Arginiano:
Peel potatoes, cut them (peel) on wrong pieces and put them to cook in casserole with water. Peel carrots, cut it into quarters on the moon and add it. Clean up through, cut it in half moons and add it. Season, cover the casserole and cook everything for 20 minutes.
Pieces ingredients (if you see that there is too much liquid, remove a little) with electric mixer until you get one homogeneous cream, add milk and continue to grind.
Place to heat water in a casserole. Clean up broccoli and separate it into florets small, season and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serves potato cream Spread on 4 plates broccoli flowers, garnish with a trickle of crude butter and decorate the dishes with a little parsley leaves.
To enhance the taste of the cream, you can stew the vegetables before adding the water.
