Hello I am David
I am going to show you a new amazing recipe
Pipiran salad
How to make a pepper salad
Today in the Family Kitchen with Javier Romero I prepared a peppered salad for you. A typical recipe from Andalusia (Spain), where something changes in each region. What all these versions have in common is that they contain tomatoes, black peppers, cucumbers and onions, cut into small pieces. The version of the pepper salad I bring you today is more like Jaén’s than any other. I can assure you that the peppered salad is a real discovery for me. It’s not like any other salad I’ve tried, because the texture that gives it the fact that all the vegetables are very ground, I think it’s unusual. I highly recommend preparing it at home, it is a very refreshing salad and although the summer is over, you can save it for hotter days, which are also available in other seasons of the year.
As you know, nowadays there is a great variety of salads and not everything comes down to vegetables. You can prepare salads with rice, pasta or legumes and add any accompaniments. At Family Kitchen we are very fond of salads and that is why we have so many published recipes, of which I want to show you a few of them below. I want to start with one of the first salads I made and repeated many times, as I served it as an appetizer in the winery, where I worked as a chef a few years ago. The recipe in question is warm salad of eels and shrimp. I love that there are warm eels and shrimp, unlike the rest of the salad. Another recipe that uses seafood is octopus and seafood salad. This is a very simple salad if you want to put something with a good presence on your table and you don’t want to worry too much. Changing the third bit, the following recipe we liked at home when I wrote it down. Nowadays, Hawaiian is very modern, so I prepared Hawaiian salad with roast chicken. We are still in the United States with the famous lettuce or lettuce. There are many series and movies that talk about this salad, not to mention culinary shows.
Ingredients for 4 people
1 – Cut the tomatoes and cucumber
We start by peeling and cutting tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes. While chopping them, we will add them to a large bowl, where we will mix everything.
2 – Chop the onion and grate the egg
Then do the same with the onion and grate the boiled egg over the bowl.
3 – Add diced green pepper and ham and season
Now it’s time to add the minced green pepper and diced ham. Then we will add salt, vinegar and olive oil.
4 – Mix the piranha salad
Then we will remove the salad from the peppered one and when everything is well mixed, we will put it in separate plates or in a spring. As a decoration we will put a few pieces of tuna or bonito from the north in oil and as many pieces of boiled egg.
5 – We have already finished the salad with peppered
And that’s it, friends, we finished our salad peppered. A dish that I hope to prepare very soon at home and upload the final photo on Instagram, mentioning my account 55000 Recipes. So I will see that you have made one of my recipes and I will be very happy. Nothing more for today, more tomorrow and better here at Family Kitchen.
Now is your time.
