- 1-2 shallots
- 1/2 khaki
- 10 fresh garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for persimmon vinaigrette:
Peel the fresh garlic and shallots, removing the outer layer. Cut them into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
Peel and cut the persimmons into small cubes and add them. Cook over low heat until everything is well spread.
Let it harden and transfer everything to a bowl. Add a dash of vinegar, a little oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
