Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven rack at 180º so that it heats up.

  2. While cutting the pre-made baguettes (the type that is sold packaged without finishing works) lengthwise, place them on top of the oven rack.

  3. Cover each half of the baguette with a few tablespoons of tomato.

  4. Grate the grated mozzarella cheese on top and finally the bacon into strips.

  5. Season with oregano or basil and place in the oven.

  6. Let it work for 8 or 10 minutes.

  7. We take it out, serve it immediately and enjoy the Paninis cheese and bacon and with a little luck the victory of our Selection.
