Panacota with cheese and red fruits
Today I have prepared a panna cotta with cream cheese, which still gives it more creaminess than normal, and on top I put a delicious red fruit jam, which in contrast is perfect. Panna cotta literally means cooked cream. This is a dessert made from milk, cream, sugar and gelatin and is something like a flan, but with a slightly more creamy texture. This is just a jam that is prepared in a little over half an hour and with which you can delight the guests you have at the party.
Ingredients for 8 people
1 – We start mixing the ingredients
We start by placing the pot on the fire (medium intensity) and pour in the cream, milk, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
2 – Hydrate gelatin
While it is heating, we will put the gelatin to hydrate in a bowl of water.
3 – Remove the ingredients and add the gelatin
Now stir it from the casserole until the cheese is integrated into the mixture. Keep in mind that it should not boil at all times, so if you see that a lot of steam is starting to come out, reduce the heat. Then add gelatin with water and stir until well integrated.
4 – We fill in the forms
Then we will fill in molds with the liquid and wait for it to cool before putting the lid on them and putting them in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
5 – Disassemble and finish the panna cotta
After that time, we just have to disassemble the panna cotta with cheese, put the jam on them and eat them.
6 – We serve and enjoy
And that’s it, friends, today we finished our delicious dessert. Some pancakes with cheese with red berries that will make you cry with happiness. I hope you prepare them very soon at home and upload the final photo on Instagram, mentioning my account 55000 Recipes. So I will see that you have made one of my recipes and I will be very happy.
