Karlos Arguiñano surprises us with a delicious cold dessert that is very easy to prepare: orange cream or delicacy, a cheap recipe with few ingredients and an impressive result.

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 8 oranges (1 liter of juice)
  • 50g sugar
  • 50 g of refined corn porridge
  • 8 raspberries
  • mint leaves

Squeeze the oranges and put almost all juice (850 ml) for heating in a casserole.
