Buddies, I have a new preferred way to cook eggs—in a mug, in a microwave.
No kidding. For reals!
Why??? Nicely 1st, it usually takes only a couple minutes to make, and clean-up is uncomplicated.
Second, while so quite a few microwave mug recipes final result in a poor substitute for something correctly cooked, a microwaved mug omelette is surprisingly tender and delectable.
3rd, when I’m making an attempt to eat gentle, this way of cooking eggs cuts down significantly on included excess fat. It just uses a quick spray of cooking oil (or a wipe of olive oil) on the within of the mug. (For these of you who count energy, I counted two hundred in this recipe, your analysis may well vary.)
