Put the Xixona nougat, milk and sugar in a saucepan or casserole.
Crush with a mixer and put the pot on the fire, soft. When it starts to “smoke”, we remove.
Add the beaten eggs and stir vigorously with a stick or fork.
Put the pan over the fire again, always medium low, and let it warm up again. Stir with the sticks or fork at all times.
As soon as it starts to thicken and never boil, remove from the heat.
Stir for a few minutes and allow to soften.
Serve nougat cream in cups, cups or bowls and leave to cool completely.
Keep in the refrigerator until use.
Before serving, grate on each cup, cup or bowl, orange peel and pure chocolate.
