  • Mini mozzarella
  • 1/2 kg of ripe tomatoes
  • 250g sugar
  • Half a lemon
  • Family reserve EVOO Picual Castillo de Canena


  1. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, mix them with the sugar and let them rest for about 3 hours. Add the juice of half a lemon to the mixture and simmer for about 45 minutes.
  2. When presenting the appetizer, open the mini mozzarella in the middle and fill with tomato jam. Finish on top with extra virgin olive oil Castillo de Canena Reserva Familiar Picual.
