Mini burgers made of tuna and sea urchin with spicy mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 200 g. Fresh tuna
- 100 g canned hedgehog
- spicy mayonnaise
- 10 ud mini hamburger cook
Preparation
- Cut the tuna with a knife and mix with the sea urchin. Add to the point of salt and oil.
- Make mini burgers and cook very little on both sides.
- Fill the rolls with the spicy mayonnaise and mini burger.
- Put a leaf of curly parsley.
