Mini burgers made of tuna and sea urchin with spicy mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 200 g. Fresh tuna
  • 100 g canned hedgehog
  • spicy mayonnaise
  • 10 ud mini hamburger cook

Preparation

  1. Cut the tuna with a knife and mix with the sea urchin. Add to the point of salt and oil.
  2. Make mini burgers and cook very little on both sides.
  3. Fill the rolls with the spicy mayonnaise and mini burger.
  4. Put a leaf of curly parsley.
