  1. Separate the whites from the egg yolks.

  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and store in the refrigerator.

  3. In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, salt and soft drinks (white and purple-Mercadona).

  4. In another bowl, mix the cream, butter and oil. Add the melon in cubes and mix with the blender.

  5. Beat the yolks with the sugar and add to the previous mixture.

  6. Add the flour mixture little by little in the same bowl.

  7. We integrate everything smoothly. Turn on the whites and mix gently.

  8. Pour the final mixture on a form, which will be pre-greased and floured.

  9. Place in the oven, preheated to 180º, for one hour.

  10. We check if the melon with melons is completely ready.

  11. Remove and allow to cool.

  12. Once cooled, prepare a topping of mascarpone cheese and melon.

  13. Place the skinless melon and cut into pieces, the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar in the blender or cup of Thermomix. Blend until you get a thick and homogeneous cream.
