Due to its quick preparation, we usually resort to this recipe when we do not know what to cook well for food, when surprise guests come to see us.

On this occasion, and especially for La Escuela del Ibérico Navidul, we wanted to reinterpret this dish with the recipe. “poached egg with mashed potatoes, ham and mushrooms”.

Poached egg is a method of immersing an egg, usually a chicken, in very hot but not boiling water. When preparing this egg, a little vinegar is poured into the hot aqueous solution so that the white remains white and especially so that the white remains sticky around the yolk. Instructions
