ing Marinated fried chicken
- 3 whole chicken breasts
- ½ a tablespoon of wasabi paste
- 3 sprigs of oregano
- 1 lemon
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 shallot
- 300 ml whole milk
- 600 g white potatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 175 g of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- olive oil
To start with our recipe for today, we cut the chicken breasts into strips.
Cut the marjoram, cut the lemon into quarters and the chili in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. We also cut the shallots into quarters.
Then we put all the ingredients in the source oven , add the milk and season with salt and pepper.
Cover it with plastic wrap and let it marinate in Refrigerator Overnight.
The next day we put the potatoes in a pot, cover with water and season with salt. Cook for about 20 minutes or until done, but firm.
Then rinse them under cold water, remove the skin and cut them into thick slices.
Then cut the end of the cucumber, cut it lengthwise and laminate.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, oil, mayonnaise and wasabi. Then add the potatoes and cucumber and mix and season.
Then remove the chicken strips from the marinade and let them drain on a plate.
Beat the egg in a deep plate and add the breadcrumbs to another plate.
Add oil to the pan and heat on medium power in registration number .
First we put the chicken in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs and fry it in the pan in portions for about 8 minutes until golden on both sides.
Finally, we serve the marinated fried chicken with potato and wasabi salad.
