In one of these cases and taking advantage of the fact that we had several super sweet mango, we think it would not be bad to use them in some “special” recipe and this recipe for Mango Tiramisu.

Instructions

  1. Mount the proteins until stiff.

  5. As for the preparation of Mango Tiramisu, we can prepare it in two ways: as a “collective” dessert, ie in a large dish, or separately, because on this occasion we used Martini glasses as a container.

  6. Place a sponge cake in the bottom of the cup or spring and cover with a layer of cheese and another mango.

  7. We continue with another sponge cake, another mango and the last of the mixture of cheese and egg white.

  8. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and store the Mango Tiramisu cups in the refrigerator until consumption. At least a few hours.
