Mango and shrimp salad
In the recipe for Family Cooking Day with Javier Romero, I have prepared fantastically mango and shrimp salad simple and with a great presence so you can do it for dinner with friends or a celebration. In addition to shrimp and mango, this salad recipe contains tomatoes, carrots, corn, olives and asparagus. That’s why you have a varied and colorful dish in front of you.
The good thing about homemade salads is that we can experiment with a wide variety of ingredients and combine them into one dish with their dressing and achieve a spectacular result. That is why I recommend it, as I said before, for dinner with friends or a holiday of any kind. So let’s get down to business right now and have some fun making this mango and shrimp salad recipe.
Ingredients for 6 people
We start by washing, draining and slicing the lettuce with our own hands and place it in a large metal bowl, where we will collect almost all the ingredients and put them on.
Then we put the peeled and sliced tomatoes, sweet corn, chopped olives and grated carrots. Then add salt, vinegar and oil and mix well to distribute the dressing throughout the salad.
Now peel the mango and cut it into slices, keeping in mind that there is a long, flat bone in the center.
Finally, we will peel some cooked shrimp and collect a plate of salad, mango, the mentioned shrimp and some asparagus buds.
And that’s it, friends, we’re done mango and shrimp salad. I say goodbye now, see you in the next recipe, which I will post here, elsewhere, in Family kitchen.
