This Chinese style lemon chicken is a recipe I got from my friend Mary’s book Prepare 100 easy, quick and cheap recipes for everyone.

This is a very easy to prepare and very colorful recipe that will appeal to anyone who tries it. Lemon chicken in Chinese style: preparation of the recipe

1. – Prepare the dough. Put the egg, one tablespoon of soy sauce and four tablespoons of cornstarch in a bowl. Beat until you get a dough with a uniform texture and no lumps.

2.- Put a little salt on the chest on both sides.

3. – Pour frying oil in a pan over the fire.

4.- Grease the breasts and fry them with hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Cover the pan if you see it splashing. Remove the breasts on a plate lined with absorbent paper.

5.- Prepare the sauce. Put lemon juice in a glass and add a tablespoon of cornstarch and beat well until lumps remain.

6.- Put the pan on the fire and add the broth, add the vinegar, sugar and stir. Add a pinch of salt and when it starts to boil, add the lemon juice along with the cornstarch. I have the fire on the seventh level of the nine that my badge has. Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes transparent.

7.- To serve, cut the breasts into pieces of about two or three centimeters and wash them well with the sauce. You can decorate the plate with a lemon wedge and a parsley leaf.
