Lakhmakun In Arabic it means “meat with dough” and is a popular recipe in Turkish cuisine that looks like pizza. Thin dough, which is given a round shape and covered with a mixture of minced meat, onions, parsley, bell and spices; to cook later in the oven.

Ingredients for Turkish pizza Lahmacun
For the table:
- 350 grams of flour
- 200 ml of water
- 20 g fresh yeast (or 6 g dry bread yeast)

- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion

Preparation of a recipe for Turkish pizza Lahmacun
In a bowl Mix the sifted flour with salt, make a hole inside and add the crushed fresh yeast and warm water. Add olive oil and warm water and stir.
Knead the mixture with your hands on a floured surface, for a few minutes add a little flour until it becomes an elastic dough without lumps and does not separate from the hands.
Leave to stand the ball of dough in a bowl covered with cling film in a warm place for 30 minutes until doubled in volume.
