  1. The recipe for the dough is the same as in the previous preparation, the only thing is that at the end we put balls of sabrasada on the dough.

  2. Season with a little coarse salt, thyme and a few pine nuts.

  3. Let the dough rest, covered with a little plastic wrap, in which the oven is preheated to 180º.

  4. Before placing the “Italian Focaccia” in the oven, pour a stream of extra virgin olive oil over it.

  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
