Ingredients for 8 people
We start by making nougat ice cream by cutting the nougat tablet into small pieces, as shown in the photo.
Then we will put the cream, half of the powdered sugar in the bowl of our mixer and we will beat at maximum speed. After 2 minutes, stop and add the remaining sugar, beating again for another 1-2 minutes, as long as it is with this beater and at maximum speed.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and add the condensed milk and nougat in pieces. Then mix well so that both are well integrated.
Now pour the entire contents of the bowl into a bowl and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap. Then we will put it in the freezer and keep it there for 6-8 hours.
