1. – Put all the ingredients in a bowl. First add the flour, add the dry yeast and salt. Mix a little with your hands and turn on the water. You can also add two or three tablespoons of olive oil. Mix in the bowl with a spoon until all the ingredients are integrated and you can no longer work with the dough in the bowl.

2.- Transfer the dough to the marble. Knead with your hands until you get a very smooth dough. At first the dough will stick to your hands, but little by little and while kneading, it will be easier to process. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and continue to knead. You will find that it is now easier for you to knead. Let it rest for another 10 minutes and continue to knead for 1 minute.

3.- Form a ball and place it in a bowl pre-greased with extra virgin olive oil. Cover the container with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour and a half or two until the dough has doubled in size.

4.- Divide the dough in half. Flour the work surface, pour the dough on top and cut it in half. Give each portion a rounded shape with your hands.

5.- Place the two balls of dough on a pre-floured baking sheet so that they rise again. Leave it for half an hour, covered with a towel.

6.- Prepare the bread. Heat the pan over the fire. Reduce the heat, put a little olive oil in the pan, spread it with a brush and place the dough on top. Cover the pan and let the bread cook over very low heat. I prepared it in number 5 of the 10 levels on my plate. Turn it over for about 12 minutes. Help yourself with a plate smeared with a little olive oil. Cook, covered again, for another 12 minutes.

7. – Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack.
