1.- Put all the flour in a bowl and make an egg in the middle. Add water and crushed yeast to the hole. Add the salt in one corner of the bowl.

2.- Mix well until you get a dough. You can knead in a food processor or mixer for 5 or 10 minutes if you have a machine for it. I kneaded by hand. Transfer the dough to the marble when you can no longer process it in the bowl.

3.- Combine all ingredients and then knead for 5 minutes. If kneading is complicated, you can add a little more flour. Also alternate kneading for 1 minute with 5 breaks.
