Now pour the whole mixture into the mold and turn on the oven at 180ºC with heating up and down WITHOUT a fan.

When it is hot, put the form and bake for 40 minutes. After this time we will check if the baked milk is made by pricking with a needle. If it comes out clean, we will take the form out of the oven and wait for it to cool before peeling.
