I am a freezer hoarder. I can admit that here, correct?
My freezer is jammed to the gills — and not only with usual things like frozen fruit and rooster sausage, but also with the random bits of food that 1 tends to collect as a skilled food author and recipe tester. (Witness: several cups of unused rugelach filling, plenty of frozen whipped product to previous for months, and a lot more Thanksgiving turkey than you have to have to know about.)
This is all to say that I have learned a trick or two regarding Freezer Tetris and how to maximize space.
