- 200 g ground beef
- 30 g Mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- breadcrumbs (to add consistency)
To assemble the hamburger:
- 1 Dulcesol Burger Brioche bread
- Cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices of bacon
- crispy onion
- cheddar cheese
- Worcestershire sauce
Preparation of the recipe Burger of minced meat and mushrooms:
Finely chop the mushrooms, garlic clove and shallots. In a pan on the fire add a little oil and when hot, fry the shallots for half a minute. It is important to stir a lot as it is so finely chopped that it is easy to burn.
Add the mushrooms and garlic clove and stew for a few more minutes. Remove from the heat and save to make the burger.
To prepare the meat mixtureAdd the mushrooms, minced meat and egg in a bowl. Mix very well with your hands until all the ingredients are fully integrated.
If you think the mixture needs consistency, add some breadcrumbsas you see fit until the desired texture is obtained.
Shape the meat and fry it in a pan over medium heat, about 3 minutes on each side. If you notice that it emits too much smoke, reduce the heat output to make sure it is done from the inside without caramelizing from the outside.
Remove the hamburger and in the same pan, bake the slices of bacon.
To assemble the hamburger, place the beef and mushroom burger on top of the Dulcesol Burger Brioche, place the bacon slices on top and spread the sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped pickles and crispy onions on top.
For making cheese, grate the cheddar cheese in a pan and melt it together with the Worcestershire sauce. Mix both ingredients well and in the same pan, place the lid on top and gather all the cheese with it. Put it on the burger and voila!
