  • 4 slices of hake (400 g)
  • 2 large squid (300 g)
  • 4 shrimp or prawns
  • 3 potatoes (400 g)
  • 500 ml of fish broth
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 100g peas
  • 2 garlic, 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 50 g of flour
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

1.- Cut the squid into slices.

2.- Cover each slice of hake in flour on all its parts

7.- Add the clicked potatoes and fish broth to cover the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Leave the potatoes covered with the casserole to cook until soft.
