Grilled pineapple with chocolate and cream cheese
Today it’s dessert at Family Kitchen and it’s not just dessert. A priori, the term “grilled pineapple” may seem a little strange, but I can assure you that this was a real discovery for me. When grilled pineapple, it releases its own sugar and caramelizes, which improves its taste to an extreme that is hard to imagine. Then there’s the party with my usual cream cheese cream and hot chocolate. Now only these two things together are a delight for the palate, but with the pineapple they will make you cry.
I must recommend a very useful device for melting chocolate. It can be used for things like these or for making fondue and spreading fruit pieces. You can see it CLICK HERE or in the photo you put just below, the one that says Tescoma.
Ingredients for 4 people
First of all, we will prepare the cream cheese, the recipe of which you can see CLICK HERE.
We will then place the sliced chocolate to melt in the Tescoma fondue (although if you don’t have it, you can make it in a bowl and microwave until it melts).
While the chocolate is melting, we will grill the pineapple. First you will see that it secretes juice and little by little it will shrink and the pineapple will caramelize. When the pineapple has a golden color on both sides, we can remove it from the heat.
Now we just have to put a plate as we like and sit at the table to enjoy. And so far today’s recipe, friends, grilled pineapple with chocolate and spectacular cream cheese. I say goodbye now, tomorrow more and better here, elsewhere, in Family Kitchen.
