Ingredients for 4 people
We start by peeling the green beans, removing the tape on each side and cutting a piece from the edges. Then we will cut them into 2 or 3 pieces depending on the length of each bean.
At the same time, when we start to whiten the green beans, we will put a pot of water to heat it. While it is heating, we will peel the potatoes, clean them and cut them into “kachelos”. Then we will put them to cook slowly in the casserole with a handful of salt.
When the water starts to boil, we will add the green beans so that it cooks. Then we will peel and cut the tomatoes into small cubes and do the same with the carrot. Then we will put both in the casserole.
Now we will cook everything together for 20 minutes with covered or almost covered pots.
After this time, remove the casserole from the stove and let it rest for a while. Now we have two options: we can eat the dish as if it were soup or drain the vegetables well, put a nice spray of olive oil on it and eat it that way.
