I season these lamb burgers with some of Greece’s most-cherished flavors – like garlic, dried lemon peel, and oregano – before grilling them up and serving them on toasted buns.
I like to established out a tiny buffet of Greek-motivated toppings in close proximity to the grill for everyone to help on their own. Some of my favorites are new tomatoes, lettuce, feta, red onion, and of course, that tzatziki.
