Fruit salad in orange and green
The classic fruit salad, a little more exotic due to the addition of passion fruit or passion fruit, fragrant and sour in taste. A healthy, refreshing and natural dessert, which in summer is what you want most.
- 2 kiwis
- Fresh mint
- 1 mango or pineapple
- 4 passion fruit
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 orange
- Peel the fruit (minus the passion fruit) and cut them into cubes.
- With orange, it is recommended to remove the entire white shell (albedo) and make incisions between the segments to make it more aesthetic.
- Place in a salad bowl and add the passion fruit pulp, which is removed with a spoon.
- Sprinkle with sugar (the amount of sugar varies depending on the acidity of the fruit).
- Add the minced mint.
