A traditional dessert that chef Carlos Arginiano presents to us at the 55000 Recipes: a delicious recipe for fried milk, creamy jam with a unique taste. Easy to prepare, with step by step and video for making this exquisite typical Easter dessert. Do you dare to prepare it?
Ingredients (4-6 people):
- 600 ml of milk
- 100g sugar
- 70 g of refined corn porridge
- 1 var
- 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- extra virgin olive oil
- ground cinnamon and granulated sugar (for powder)
- refined cornmeal and beaten egg (for coating)
- red fruit jam (accompanying)
- mint leaves
Preparation of the recipe for fried milk by Carlos Arginiano:
Heat ½ l from milk in a casserole (save the rest) and add cinnamon stick, piece Orange peel and a piece of lime bark. Let milk is poured for 3-5 minutes.
Put in big bowl,, corn flour with sugar and milk pre-saved. Mix well. Strain pour milk and stir with a stick while the ingredients remain well integrated. Everything happens back to casserole and cook the mixture (while stirring) until thickened.
Switch cream to source, cover it (next to the skin) with kitchen foil and wait for it to cool.
Cut it portion dough, pass them through the refined corn porridge and the beaten egg and fry them in a pan with oil and 2 pieces of lime bark.
Mix 1 tbsp cinnamon with 4 of sugar and sprinkle with pieces of fried milk. Serves fried milk and put a little jelly on each plate. Garnish with a little mint leaves.
It is important that the dough is cold before frying, so I recommend that you prepare it in the morning and fry it in the afternoon / evening for a snack or dinner.
