  • 600g Fresh Norwegian salmon
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 ginger root
  • 2 oranges
  • EVOO
  • Sol

  1. Blanch the asparagus in salted water, cut into small pieces
    and add them to the Norwegian salmon.
