1 – We start with cooking sausages
We will start preparing this noodle with sausages by cutting them into smaller pieces. Then we will put them to cook in a flat pot or pan with paella with a good stream of olive oil.
2 – Add the noodles
When we prepare them, we will add the noodles and stew them a bit.
3 – Add the tomatoes and broth
After stirring the noodles for a minute, we will add the fried tomatoes and the meat and vegetable broth. Stir gently until the tomato integrates with the broth.
4 – Cook the noodles
We will now let the noodles cook for the time recommended by the manufacturer, although it is advisable to monitor the level of the broth and the hardness of the noodles so that they do not become hard or too soft. In my case, because I used thick noodles, the time I put in the package was 11 minutes.
5 – We need to get the point fideuá
In any case, the broth should disappear almost completely or completely. It already depends on the taste of each one. Once that happens, we’ll bring the sausage noodles to the table to eat. I promise you it’s a great plate.
