  • 315 g universal flour (2 1/2 cups)
  • 250 g plain yogurt (1 cup)
  • 15 g sugar (1 tablespoon and a half)

1.- Prepare the dough. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder or baking powder. Mix with a spoon and add the yogurt. Mix first with the harvester and then with your hands until all the ingredients are integrated. The resulting dough is a little sticky.
