Sarah Herrera, a chef at Tepic Restaurant, prepares some chicken fritters for us.


  • 1 box of beans
  • 200 g peeled chicken
  • Chicken soup
  • Latin cheese
  • Cream
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 corn tortillas



  1. Mix the beans with a little chicken broth so that they have a suitable consistency (not too thick).
  2. Fry the tortillas and fill them with the crushed chicken, add beans on top and accompany us with Latin cheese, sour cream on top, avocado and red onion.
