Karlos Arguiñano prepares a sophisticated and inexpensive recipe: Eggs with Breton sauce, a dish in which the eggs are accompanied by a delicious Breton sauce prepared with healthy ingredients. Try and you will repeat!
Ingredients (4 people):
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 through
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 250 g mushrooms
- 125 ml of white wine
- 375 ml of meat broth
- 1 tablespoon refined corn porridge
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for eggs with Breton sauce by Carlos Arginiano:
Chop onions and leeks (clean) the dice and stew for 5 minutes in a lunch box (wide and low casserole) with a trickle of oil. Cut it diced bacon, add them and continue sanding.
Remove bottom of mushrooms, rinse, dry, cut into sheets and turn them on. Stew everything for 5 minutes.
Dilute flour in white wine and add it to lunch box. Also add broth and cook everything for 3-4 minutes.
Crack the eggs Place the lunch box on top in oven at 220º for 6-7 minutes concerning. It is important not to move away from the oven while baking it will not be that they dry up.
Serve and garnish with a little parsley leaves.
It is essential that clean the mushrooms well, it will not be that they have a little rest from the ground and will spoil your plate.
