I’m not lying when I tell you that apple cakes, along with cheese cakes, are the ones we make the most in our kitchen. Today, to expand the repertoire, we show you another version of the famous “easy apple pie”.
Looking at one of the apple pies we have in 55000 Recipes, I saw a lot of comments from people who didn’t come out “very well” to say the recipe. Although on the contrary, there are many more who have enjoyed the preparation and tasting of ours Apple pie.

Preheat the oven to 180º.
Meanwhile, peel and put the core of all the apples.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until we see that it increases in volume and acquires a whitish color.
Add the apples (reserve a few to decorate the cake), along with the margarine, flour and yeast.
Beat with a mixer for a few seconds until a homogeneous lump-free dough is obtained.
Coat the mold with margarine and place the base of puff pastry.
Add the previous mixture and cut the edges of the puff pastry. Exactly where the dough enters.
We cut the apples we had saved into slices and put them on top.
Put the form in the oven for 1 hour at 170º.
We check if the apple pie is ready (sticking a wooden skewer inside and see that it comes out clean), and golden.
We take it out, let it harden and with the help of a brush we spread it over the whole surface with jam, in our case orange, although you can use any other, peach for example.
