Duck with pear recipe

Ingredients (6 people):

Preparation of duck with pear recipe:

Peel onions, leeks and carrots. Chop vegetables and put them to suffocate in another frying pan. Season. Peel and slice the tomatoes and add them. Cook vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove the duck to the source. Peel and chop the other garlic clove and place it in the mortar, add almonds, pine nuts and a slice of toasted bread. Yeast well and add it to lunch box. Prepare everything for 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the pears,, cut them into 4 by removing the seeds and put them to cook in a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt for 10-12 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.

It finally passes porridge sauce and put it back in the pan. Add the duck and pears. Prepare everything together for 3-4 minutes, sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and serve.

Tip:

If you want your stew to be less fat, you can remove the skin from the duck before cooking.
