Instructions
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped olives.
Place a piece of plastic wrap on top and spread the cream cheese on one side.
We roll it up, trying to remove all the air from the interior until we get a perfect roll.
We keep it in the freezer for an hour, with the intention that the cheese hardens.
We place the toasts on a presentation tray, on top of it a few rocket sheets. Season with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
Remove the cheese from the freezer, remove the plastic wrap and cut 8 slices one centimeter thick.
Add a string of tomato jam on top and finish the toast with olive cheese and tomato jam by sprinkling some sesame seeds.
