Ingredients (4 people):
- 4 sheets of brick paste
- 70g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 25 g pistachios (peeled)
- 3 dates (cut)
- 12 berries
- mint leaves
Mix in a bowl pistachios, chocolate and dates.
Spread 4 sheets of brick paste on a smooth surface and cut them in half.
Place on one side from each piece of brick paste part of the mixture of chocolate, pistachios and dates. Roll them up forming a cornet.
Insert the filled cones on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 200 ° C during 5 minutes approximately.
Serve on each plate 2 brick cones for paste and 3 berries. Garnish the plates with a few mint leaves.
