Are you ready for Halloween night? We suggest you prepare this horrifying dessert from chocolate mousse with candy worms.
Ingredients (4 people):
- 175 g dark chocolate
- 30 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 80 g wholemeal sugar or powdered sugar
- Candy worms
- Melt white chocolate
Preparation of the recipe for chocolate mousse with candy worms:
Melt the dark chocolate and butter Bain-Marie. Once melted, add the sugar, mix well and allow to cool.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and turn the latter little by little without stopping gets mixed.
Mount the whites in front of the snow using a stirrer and add some of them to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently.
Pour the mixture over the remaining egg whites. Stir with soft and enveloping movements.
Divide the mousse into 4 separate cups and place in refrigerator 1 or 2 hours.
While serving, add the candy worms to taste and an ounce of dark or milk chocolate.
To make the letters, melt a little White chocolate in the microwave, place in a tube bag with a fine tip and write RIP.
