Recipe for chocolate dessert with cream

Today we have a real dessert show whether we are talking in terms of aesthetics or taste. One of those that you can put on a holiday table and everyone will hallucinate as soon as they see it. This is a chocolate dessert with cream and coffee, which is assembled into small cups.

Making it is somewhat time consuming, but not difficult at all. There are just a few different processes like whipping cream and making chocolate and coffee creams. When you see the glasses already assembled, you can only feel proud that you have done something so impressive. In addition, your guests will think that you have prepared a haute cuisine dessert, when you only have to deal with 2 basic baking concepts: making cakes and cream.

1 – Put the cream ingredients in a saucepan

We start by placing the whole egg, yolks, sugar and cornstarch in a casserole. Mix well with a stirrer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the butter and turn on the heat on medium intensity and wait for the butter to melt while stirring a little.

2 – Add and stir the milk

When we have the melted butter, we pour the milk little by little while we integrate it into the mixture.

3 – Beat and wait for the cream to decrease

In the case of mixed milk, it is a question of continuing to beat slowly but surely until the cream threatens to boil. At that time we remove it from the fire.

4 – Put coffee in part of the cream

Now take about a third of the whole cream in a bowl and put 4 teaspoons of instant coffee in it. Stir it until you get a homogeneous cream and put a tightly glued food film on it so that no crust forms when it cools down.

5 – Put chocolate in the rest of the cream

Then do the same with the rest of the cream, but this time with pure cocoa powder. We will also cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Then we have to let the creams cool completely before using them in our dessert.

6 – Whip the cream

Once we have the cold creams, we put the cream in the bowl of our stirrer. Beat at maximum speed until it starts to harden. Then add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until the cream is whipped. Be careful when switching, because if you beat the cream in excess after it is installed, you can make oil and it will not help.

7 – Put the cream in a pastry bag

In which the cream is mounted, put it in a pastry bag. This will make it easier for us to put it in the glasses later.
