4 – Put coffee in part of the cream
Now take about a third of the whole cream in a bowl and put 4 teaspoons of instant coffee in it. Stir it until you get a homogeneous cream and put a tightly glued food film on it so that no crust forms when it cools down.
5 – Put chocolate in the rest of the cream
Then do the same with the rest of the cream, but this time with pure cocoa powder. We will also cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Then we have to let the creams cool completely before using them in our dessert.
6 – Whip the cream
Once we have the cold creams, we put the cream in the bowl of our stirrer. Beat at maximum speed until it starts to harden. Then add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until the cream is whipped. Be careful when switching, because if you beat the cream in excess after it is installed, you can make oil and it will not help.
7 – Put the cream in a pastry bag
In which the cream is mounted, put it in a pastry bag. This will make it easier for us to put it in the glasses later.
8 – Start assembling the chocolate dessert
Arrange the cups and fill them with chocolate cream to a little less than half. Then put a teaspoon of raspberry jam on top.
9 – Add the coffee and cream
Then apply a layer of more or less 1 cm thick coffee cream. Then finish by placing a good layer of whipped cream.
10 – Decorate the chocolate dessert
