The first thing you need to do is preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
We put greaseproof paper in a removable 22 cm form.
Divide the chocolate bar, put it in a bowl and melt it in the microwave, being careful not to burn it. To do this, it is best to do periods of 30 to 30 seconds until the chocolate is canceled.
In another bowl put the cream cheese, cream, eggs, pure cocoa and sugar.
Mix well with some sticks or a mixer.
Add the chocolate and stir again until you get a homogeneous mass.
Pour the dough into the form. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes at 180º.
We leave the cake with cheese and chocolate to warm up in the oven, and the door between them is open for another 20 minutes.

I recommend that you let it rest once cold for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
