- 1 spring onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon chipot pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoons water

Preparation of the recipe for mango sauce Chipotle Chili:
Peel a clove of garlic and cut it into slices. Put a trickle of olive oil in a saucepan over the fire and put the garlic to brown.
Chop the onion and add it to the casserole. Also add a pinch of hot pepper and let everything cook.
Cut the mango in half, remove the pulp with a spoon and add it to the casserole. Mix everything well and add the vinegar and sugar. Stir fry.
