Carlos Arginiano prepares the traditional recipe for Japanese cuisine Chicken Shoulder, a delicious oriental soup that can be found on the website of Cocinatis.

Ingredients (4 people):
- 200 g noodles with ramen
- 500 g chicken
- 200 g fresh bacon
- 250 g of veal bones
- 4 eggs
- 1 through
- 1 carrot
- 50 g of seaweed combo
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms (dried)
- coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 65 ml soy sauce
- 1 cube chicken broth
- wild onion
Preparation of the recipe for chicken ramen by Carlos Arginiano:
Put a lot of heating water in a fast stove. Add chicken, bacon, veal bones, seaweed kombu, shiitake mushrooms, carrots (peeled), leeks (clean and chopped), coriander leaves, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon hot sauce and 1 cube chicken broth. Close the pot and cook everything for 30 minutes.
Strain broth, degrease and heat. When it starts to boil, add the noodles and cook them for 2-4 minutes.
Place water to heat in a lunch box, crack on eggs, add and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take them out and book them. Then strain and save the broth and noodles separately.
Chop onion and chop the bacon in large pieces. For serving, place in a deep plate, some pieces of bacon, nails chicken strips, some mushrooms (chopped), ¼ noodles and 1 egg. Sprinkle with chopped onions and pour the broth. Serve 3 more dishes Similarly. Garnish with a little parsley leaves.
Remember that you must take the preparation of the broth very seriously! This is the soul of every shoulder.
