Cheesecake in the microwave
Today in the Family Kitchen with Javier Romero I made a simple and delicious cheesecake in the microwave. The truth is that this recipe is a coincidence. I made a huge cheesecake for 24 people (SEE THE RECIPE) and I could not fit all the liquid mixture that I prepared in the form. So it suddenly occurred to me that I could show you how to make cheesecake in the microwave with the rest of the amount, and I shot the video.
In the video and photos you will see the quantities I used in the recipe for 24 people, but in the list of ingredients of this recipe you will adapt them for this cheesecake in the microwave.
Ingredients for 8 people
We will start by placing the eggs and sugar in a bowl. We will then mix them with the mixer on medium speed until we get a homogeneous mixture.
Then we will collect the milk and cream in a measuring cup and then we will add the powdered cottage cheese, which we will stir to dilute it.
We will then add the liquid to the bowl while continuing to mix gently with the blender so that it does not spray anywhere.
Once the mixture is ready, we will put a good amount of liquid caramel in a silicone mold and move it so that the caramel spreads well on the bottom.
Now we will pour the liquid mixture into the mold and place it on a plate where it fits. Then we will put it in the microwave and cook it at maximum power for about 20 minutes.
After that time, we will take the cheesecake out of the microwave and let it cool before peeling it off. With the cake melted, we will put it in the fridge for a few hours before eating it so that the curdling is complete.
And that’s it, friends, we finished our cheesecake in the microwave. A recipe that I hope you will prepare very soon at home and upload the final photo on Instagram, in which you will mention my account 55000 Recipes. So I will see that you have prepared it and I will be very happy. There are no more professionals today, more and better tomorrow here at Family Kitchen.
Thanks for reading.
