Put the cream cheese in a large bowl along with the eggs, vanilla essence and butter.
Add the condensed milk.
Mix well with the help of a blender until we get a homogeneous dough without lumps.
Grate the skin of a lemon and add it to the above. We stir.
Pour into pots of clay or metal, without filling the whole. We try to leave about half a centimeter so that the cheesecake does not spill on the oven tray.
Bake at 180º, with the preheated oven, for 30-40 minutes.
Check if we have made the cheesecake, take it out and let it harden.
When it is cold, store it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before consumption.
