Ingredients (4 people):
- 2 slices of sliced bread without crust
- 120 g of dried sheep cheese
- 120 g of quince
- red marmalade, clarified with water
- 4 walnuts (8 medium)
- mint leaves
Preparation of the recipe Chunks of cheese and quince by Carlos Arginiano:
Toast of slices of bread in baking and cut each into 4 squares.
Short 16 cubes of cheese and 16 dice quince (each must be a quarter of the size of squares for bread). Scattered quince and diced cheese on toast.
Put a teaspoon of jam and half a walnut for each cube. Serve and garnish the dishes with mint leaves.
We chose red jam (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant), but you can choose the taste you like best.
